Return & Refund Policy

At Fillaree, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help!

Eligibility for Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition.
    • In the original packaging.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., consumable or time-sensitive items).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
  • Digital/downloadable products.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted under these circumstances:

  • Items are damaged or missing parts due to causes not attributable to Fillaree.
  • Returns made more than 30 days after the date of delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Original shipping costs.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
  • If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
