At Fillaree, we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help!
Eligibility for Returns
- Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for the following:
- Perishable goods (e.g., consumable or time-sensitive items).
- Intimate or sanitary goods.
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.
- Digital/downloadable products.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted under these circumstances:
- Items are damaged or missing parts due to causes not attributable to Fillaree.
- Returns made more than 30 days after the date of delivery.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Sale or discounted items.
- Original shipping costs.

Gift Returns
- If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, you’ll receive a gift certificate for the value of your return.
- If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift, we’ll issue a refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the item reaches us safely.
