Our Refill Return Pouch makes it easy to send your empty refill bags back to us through our closed-loop return program.
How It Works
1. Get your Refill Return Pouch
- Subscribers: Add the pouch to your next subscription order for free through your subscription portal.
- One-time customers: Purchase a pouch or redeem your loyalty points to get one for free. You must be enrolled in our loyalty program to redeem points. Redeem rewards points here to get your code.
2. Receive your pouch
- If you have an upcoming refill order, your pouch will arrive in the same box.
- If you don't have an order coming up, we'll send your pouch separately in an envelope.
3. Collect 5 empty refill bags
Make sure you have 5 clean, empty take-home refill bags and their lids ready to return.
4. Roll your bags
Carefully roll each empty bag so they fit neatly inside the pouch.
5. Pack & seal
Place the rolled bags into your Refill Return Pouch and seal it securely.
6. Drop it off
Place your sealed pouch in your mailbox 📫 for your USPS carrier to pick up, or drop it off at your nearest USPS location—whichever is more convenient for you.

Maximize your impact by fitting 5-6 refill bags in each pouch! Just make sure they’re clean and empty before sending them back to us. Once packed, stick the prepaid label on the pouch and drop it off. Easy, right? The more bags you send in, the more efficient and eco-friendly the process becomes. 🌍
Why did we opt for this pouch?
After exploring several options, we found the recyclable pouch was the most cost-effective and sustainable choice for getting your empty refill bags back to us. It’s light, durable, and helps us reduce waste in a way that’s both practical and eco-friendly. We partner with The ReCollective a local recycler who guarantees the pouches, ones used, are recycled properly.

I why do I have to pay for the return pouch? I have been collecting these pouches for months. The original description of the system does not say anything about paying for the return pouch. It only says needs 3-5 bags to qualify for return. This really should be more transparent before hand.
