Take advantage of our closed-loop system and make your refills even more sustainable by sending your empty refill bags back to us in this handy pouch. Here’s how it works:
1. Purchase, or redeem your existing points & get your Refill pouch sent to your house. (must be enrolled in loyalty program) — Redeem rewards points here to get your code.
2. Pouch will be sent in same box, if order placed, with your upcoming refill, if subscriber, or in envelope if no order placed.
3. Make sure you have 5 empty, clean, take-home refill bags & lids!
4. Roll each bag carefully for a tidy fit.
5. Place the neatly rolled bags into the pouch, then seal it securely.
6. You’re ready to drop off your Refill Return Pouch at your nearest UPS store carrier and continue making an impact!

How to pack your pouch?
Maximize your impact by fitting 5-6 refill bags in each pouch! Just make sure they’re clean and empty before sending them back to us. Once packed, stick the prepaid label on the pouch and drop it off. Easy, right? The more bags you send in, the more efficient and eco-friendly the process becomes. 🌍
Why did we opt for this pouch?
After exploring several options, we found the recyclable pouch was the most cost-effective and sustainable choice for getting your empty refill bags back to us. It’s light, durable, and helps us reduce waste in a way that’s both practical and eco-friendly. We partner with The ReCollective a local recycler who guarantees the pouches, ones used, are recycled properly.
How many bag we reuse a year?

Did you know that with every pouch you purchase you earn 10 reward points? And if you have 200 points, (the # of points you would get from buying 5 refills) you can use those points to get a pouch for free! Basically, It’s a win-win for you and the planet!

Bringing this close loop to life isn’t cheap, but it’s worth it. Creating a closed loop solution like our refill pouch takes resources, but every purchase is a vote for a future without waste. While traditional products might be cheaper, they come at the highest cost to our planet. We're committed to changing that and making reuse a way of life for today and tomorrow.
