Little Waves Coffee Amor Prohibido

Beloved Amor Prohibido blend. At Little Waves, they jokingly call Amor Prohibido 'the Cocoa favorite' in a nod to their Cocoa Cinnamon cafes and its sweet, chocolatey profile. Notes of toffee and candied orange balance it all out to make a sweet, full-bodied cup. Amor also works perfectly in milk-based beverages, which help bring out its big candy-sweet notes.

Espresso: 1:2 - 1:2.1 (17.5-18g in, 35-38 out, 30-32 seconds)

Filter: 1:15.2

Batch Brew: 1:16
