Your first order includes an 8 oz reusable aluminum bottle filled with Fillaree Shampoo, an 8 oz reusable aluminum bottle filled with Fillaree Conditioner, two Forever Spouts, and two 64 oz Home Refills that refill each bottle up to 8 more times.

Choosing a subscription? Your bottles and Forever Spouts are included only with your first shipment. Future deliveries include only the 64 oz Home Refills, and your subscription price automatically adjusts to the lower Home Refill price (without the bottles). You'll continue to receive your subscriber discount and free shipping on every subscription order.

When you've collected 5 empty refill bags, place them in your Return Pouch and send them back to us. We'll wash, sanitize, refill, and reuse each bag—so you can keep your bottles and refill again and again.

How do your starter kit subscriptions work?

Your first order includes a reusable bottle, a Forever Spout, and a 64 oz Home Refill. After that, you'll receive Home Refills only—no bottle or spout included. Your subscription automatically switches to the lower Home Refill subscriber price, and you'll continue to receive your subscriber discount and free shipping on every order.

When you subscribe, you choose your delivery schedule, and you can skip, pause, or cancel anytime.

How I send the bags back?

Instead of tossing your empty bags, send them back to us once you've accumulated 5. Simply use the refill return pouch and we'll take care of the rest. We'll thoroughly wash, sanitize and reuse your bags, this helps reduce waste going to the landfill.
