How I send the bags back?
Instead of tossing your empty bags, send them back to us once you've accumulated 5. Simply use the refill return pouch and we'll take care of the rest. We'll thoroughly wash, sanitize and reuse your bags, this helps reduce waste going to the landfill.

I have been using Fillaree Dish Soap for several years now. They updated the formula recently and it is fantastic now. I use the same amount as any other dish soap, it gets everything clean. I appreciate that it doesn't dry my hands out and doesn't have artificial colors or scents. I don't need to make the scent of my dish soap part of my personality like most grocery store dish soaps. I mostly appreciate being able to buy everyday products like dish soap, hand soap and cleaning spray from a local store so dedicated to reducing waste. Thank you!
Love, love, love Soap & Suds. It fills all of our hand soap pumps but it really thrives in the shower. Creamy & rich when you pump & lathers up beautifully! My favorite scent is lemon lavendar, but I also love the wild orange vanilla.

This is the second time I've ordered a soap refill. The first time, the soap often clogged up the pump. It would build up, and then shoot soap across the room when the blockage was cleared. I thought maybe it was just that batch, because I reused that bottle and pump with different soap and it worked fine. But now I've got a new refill, with a new pump, and the soap-shooting-out issue is still there.
I have been using this dish soap for over two years and I love it! Like most people I’m not a big fan of hand washing dishes. But when the need arises there is no other soap I want to use.
The hand soap makes my hands feel so soft! I also love the refillable option. Lucky for me, the Filaree store here in Durham, NC is close by and on my way to other places, so zero waste for me. I would order the refills if I lived in another place. So good!
This is the best shampoo I have ever used. Squeaky clean hair, conditioner that doesn't build up, and I don't have to constantly be switching shampoos so they continue to work!
