Choosing a subscription? Your bottle and Forever Spout are included only with your first shipment. Future deliveries include only the 64 oz Home Refill, and your subscription price automatically adjusts to the lower Home Refill price (without the bottle). You'll continue to receive your subscriber discount and free shipping on every subscription order.

When you've collected 5 empty refill bags, place them in your Return Pouch and send them back to us. We'll wash, sanitize, refill, and reuse each bag—so you can keep your bottle and refill again and again.
