I was a little hesitant to order a scented shampoo, but I’m so glad I did! The scent is subtle and delicate — not strong or overpowering at all. It leaves my hair feeling truly clean without that dry, stripped feeling I’ve had from shampoo bars. I’m 100% taking this with me on every vacation and holiday!

This is the best shampoo I have ever used. Squeaky clean hair, conditioner that doesn't build up, and I don't have to constantly be switching shampoos so they continue to work!
I fell in love with this shampoo while visiting Biltmore Estate’s Inn, and was so excited to be able to buy it in a sustainable format. It smells heavenly (Lemon Lavender) and leaves my hair shiny, soft and manageable. I love it!

The shipping took forever. It didn't ship for a while after the label was printed. The box smells like fish or rotten vegetables. I couldn't use it and had to throw it out. This is the first time I ordered an in-home refill. I usually go to my local market, but they let me know they haven't been able to get any shipped and walked me through ordering online. I won't be ordering myself again.
Great product, crappy dispenser spout, leaks so I cant use it. Just storing it upright and pouring from screw-top.
This is the first time I have purchased this shampoo. I will never use anything else now!

I love the shampoo- my scalp is squeaky clean- no build up as I have experienced in the past from other shampoos. The shampoo also adds volume to my hair- love the scent also! Fillaree shampoo is a superior product!!!
First, for the price, the product was not what I expected, no difference than Walmart's a couple of dollar shampoo. Second, the inserts were too long, and bent inside the bottle, nothing would be pumped out while I was in the shower (frustrating). I found out later, I have to cut the both ends to shorten the tubes in order to use them. I don't know if the product's bottle was wrong or the insert tubes were incorrect.
Love all the products, I first used them while I was staying at The Inn on the Biltmore property. Was sold and ordered the minute I got home. Will be reordering soon. :heart:️

Zero waste AND it leaves my hair looking great and smelling fantastic! I have wavy to curly hair, and this shampoo supports my bone dry curls without being too moisturizing for my husband’s stick straight and oily hair. We love it.

I absolutely love Fillaree's Home Refill System. The shampoo and conditioner are fantastic and leave my hair feeling clean and silky, yet my scalp isn't overly dried so I don't need to watch my hair more than 1-2 times per week. On the other hand, I would like to see a more ph-balanced body wash option. I live in a dry climate so their soap dries out my skin more than others. I'll try out their lotion, but a gentler soap typically doesn't require me to also need to apply lotion.
