Not necessarily. You can use any bottle you already have at home. However, we recommend our aluminum metal bottle — it's designed specifically for refilling and lasts for years. You can also purchase a Starter Kit that includes the bottle, pump, and your first refill all in one box.

Once you've collected 5 empty, rinse refill bags and lids, roll them up neatly and place them inside your Return Pouch. Seal it, drop it at your nearest UPS store, and we take it from there. We wash, sanitize, and refill the bags — keeping them completely out of the landfill.
